Finit Systems Inc. is committed to making EZAppointo usable by people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to support the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for our website and application.

1. Our approach

We design and build EZAppointo so people can use it with a keyboard, screen reader, enlarged text, and other assistive technologies. That includes booking flows, accounts, calendars, forms, and public pages.

2. Measures we take

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, skip link, and page titles
  • Visible focus, keyboard access, and focus trapping in dialogs
  • Tablists support arrow-key navigation
  • Labels, required fields, and associated error text on forms
  • Text alternatives for images; captions and transcripts for demo video
  • Table captions and header relationships
  • Live announcements for important status updates
  • A way to report accessibility barriers

3. Known limitations

Third-party embeds such as Stripe payment fields and map tile providers are outside our full control. We label wrappers and keep improving those areas.

4. How to report a problem

If you have trouble using EZAppointo, please tell us. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if you can.

We aim to respond within five business days.

5. Compatibility

EZAppointo is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with common assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
