EZAppointo User Agreement

This User Agreement (&qout;Agreement&qout;) outlines the terms and conditions applicable to your use of EZAppointo Inc's (“EZAppointo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) websites, applications, and services (&qout;Services&qout;). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Minors under 18 may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. License & User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant EZAppointo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Transmit harmful or unlawful content
- Engage in spamming, harassment, or misleading behavior
- Exploit or harm minors in any way
EZAppointo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Modifications to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
EZAppointo provides Services as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $1 or the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
7. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by New York law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use. Certain provisions will survive termination.
